Refund Policy

Introduction

Thank you for using DailyCal. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are provided for purchases made through our mobile application.

1. Subscription & In-App Purchases

DailyCal may offer:

  • Monthly and yearly subscriptions
  • Premium features
  • One-time lifetime unlocks

All purchases are processed through:

  • Google Play Store (Android)
  • Apple App Store (iOS)

We do not process payments directly.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds depend on the platform you purchased from.

2.1 Google Play Store Refunds

Google handles most refunds. You can request refunds through:

▶ Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → "Report a problem"

Google may refund if:

  • You were charged by mistake
  • You didn't receive the service
  • There was a technical issue
  • You cancelled soon after purchase (within limited time)

2.2 Apple App Store Refunds

Apple handles all iOS refunds. You can request through:

reportaproblem.apple.com

Apple may issue refunds based on:

  • Accidental purchase
  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical issues
  • Dissatisfaction with content

We cannot override Apple's decision.

3. Our Internal Refund Policy

We may issue refunds in special cases such as:

  • App malfunction
  • Incorrect billing
  • Server issues that prevent usage

  • Order ID
  • Email used for purchase
  • Problem description

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Subscription already used for majority of the period
  • Intentional misuse
  • Non-technical dissatisfaction ("I changed my mind")
  • Purchasing under different account and wanting transfer
  • Past subscription cycles

5. Cancelling a Subscription

To avoid future charges:

  • Open Play Store/App Store
  • Go to Subscriptions
  • Cancel DailyCal subscription

Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
